Shipping within Sweden

GrippyGripz (Fox & Owl AB) uses Postnord for shipments within Sweden. Free shipping in Sweden on all orders over SEK 500. Regular shipping price within Sweden is SEK 39 with Postnord MyPack Collect or Postnord Varubrev Hemleverans – make your shipping choice at checkout. Postnord MyPack Collect – fill in your postcode and find the delivery point where you want to pick up your package. Close to home, gym or work does not matter. Postnord Consignment note with home delivery – Sent to your address and your mailbox. In the event that the item does not fit in your mailbox, the package will be picked up at the nearest delivery point. We process all orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping international

For international shipping, GrippyGripz uses Postnord as a delivery partner. The price for international shipping varies from country to country. Your current shipping price appears at checkout when you enter the address and country. Can’t find your country in the list? Contact info@grippygripz.com and we will try to help you manually.

Return & exchange management

As a customer, you have the right to return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. This right only applies if the product and original packaging can be returned in the same condition as upon receipt. Make a return: email info@grippygripz.com with information (order number, goods to be exchanged or routes) about your return and you will receive a return label for printing by e-mail. Then follow the instructions on the return label depending on your chosen shipping method. The return cost is paid by you as a consumer and may vary. For returns, the actual shipping cost is deducted before a refund is made. Normally, all returns are processed within 10 days of receiving the return shipment. As soon as a refund is made, you will receive an e-mail from Klarna. Refund of returned item Upon approved return, we use Klarna’s payment system to refund the part of your order that has been sent in return. Together with Klarna, we also send out electronic confirmation of your refund via e-mail.

Free return handling for exchanges In case of exchanges, return shipping is included and any shipping costs are paid by GrippyGripz. Free shipping on exchanges only applies within Sweden.
