Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order through one of our (FOX & OWL AB) websites – which includes grippygripz.se. An agreement is entered into between you and FOX & OWL AB, organization number (559242-4914). When ordering, a purchase agreement is only made once we have confirmed the order through an order confirmation. The order confirmation is automatically generated without manual review. In the event of any errors in, for example, specifying price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this in retrospect. We only enter into agreements with an authority (18 years). FOX & OWL AB has the right of ownership and readmission to all goods until full payment has been made by the customer. We are not responsible for consequential damages in connection with incorrect or incorrectly delivered goods. Any compensation for incorrect or incorrectly delivered goods is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
We follow the General Complaints Board (ARN).
We reserve the right for final sale as well as any image and writing errors on any of the websites, such as errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers or currency changes) or incorrect information regarding an item being in stock. We have the right to correct such errors and to change or update the information at any time.
All information on these websites, as well as all content on them, is owned by FOX & OWL AB or its licensors. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property and market law. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without written permission from us.
- Agreement and Order
In order to make a purchase on any of the websites, you must accept the Terms. By accepting the Terms, you agree to abide by the Terms in full, and agree that you have accessed the information about personal data and consent to the use of personal data and cookies.
A purchase agreement is only entered into once we have confirmed your order and you have received order confirmation from us via e-mail. We encourage you to save this order confirmation for any contacts with our customer service.
- Customer information etc.
We recommend that you create a user account before shopping on any of our websites. - Prices, fees and payment
When ordering on any of our websites, the prices stated on the website apply. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately.
We have the right to make payment already in connection with the order, unless invoice payment or other similar payment method has been chosen by you and approved by us. In case of invoice payment or partial payment, our partner may make a credit report. We reserve the right not to always offer all payment methods, or change the payment method if what you have chosen for any reason does not work at the time of purchase ..
- Promotions and offers
From time to time, we may offer promotions on the Website that may have more favorable terms than those set out in these Terms, e.g. regarding payment or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable terms apply as long as the promotion is active and for the specific products specified by us in connection with the promotion. We reserve the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, these Terms apply without modification. Offers on specific products on the website are valid for a limited time and as long as the inventory is sufficient.
5.1 The best-price guarantee means that if you buy a product with us and find it at a better price within a week with another reseller in the same country as you bought it from (your shipping address), you will get back the difference between the price you paid with us and that we add 10% of this difference. This does not apply if the better price of a competitor is with the reseller for a limited time, occurs during a campaign, or is otherwise conditional on obtaining.
- Delivery and transport
We can normally deliver the goods we have in our stock within (1-4 working days in SWEDEN), (3-10 working days in Europe). For order goods, delivery time is notified on order confirmation, checking with Klarna or by contacting us. We do what we can to make sure you will also receive notice of any deviations from the normal delivery time or the information contained on our website, in connection with the order confirmation or that we will contact you. You will then of course have the right to refuse or change your order if, for example, you consider the delivery time too long.
6.2 TRANSPORTATION We are responsible for the transport risk within SWEDEN, that is, the risk of the goods being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You stand the risk of any return to us.
6.3 DAMAGED GOODS When you receive your goods, it is important that you inspect the package immediately. Should the packaging be damaged, you will report this directly to your postal center or the truck driver who delivered the package. NOTE! It is important that you make a correct registration. Make sure you get confirmation that your property is damaged
You have the right to return the product if it’s not opened. The sealing must still be on. You have 14 days to return the product from the day you received the delivery. We will charge you for the shipping fee to have it sent back to us.
Warranty and complaint
Warranty for goods only covers original manufacturing defects, and thus not defects that occur during or after a customary change in the function and appearance of the product, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. Your order confirmation is valid as proof of warranty. Different goods have different warranty periods.
The right of complaint covers goods that are incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Customers who wish to make errors in the ordered product should contact us as soon as possible after the error has been discovered through the contact details stated on the website. Complaints made within two months of the discovery of the error are always considered to have been submitted on time. However, according to the Consumer Agency, you have a 3-year right of complaint, however, there is a 6-month “guarantee”, ie when the seller must prove that the error was from the start and after 6 months the burden of proof lies on the customer for goods purchased on the website. Once the claim has been returned and the claim has been approved, we will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We strive for this to happen within 30 days of receiving the complaint, but it may take longer depending on the nature of the item. We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not incorrect in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. - Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that we could not control such as, for example, general labor conflict, war, fire, lightning strike, terrorist attack, changed government regulation, technical problems, faults in electricity / telecommunications / other communications and errors or delays in subcontractor services due to circumstances stated herein. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption which result in exemption from damages and other penalties. If any such situation arises, we inform you at the beginning and at the end of the time of the current situation. If the circumstance has lasted for more than two months, both You and We are entitled to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
- Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. All changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website. - Applicable law and dispute
Disputes should primarily be resolved in consensus after discussion with our customer service. In the event of any dispute, we always follow decisions of the General Complaints Board.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and shall be settled by the General Complaints Board or, ultimately, by a general court.
