Company Information
MOMNIG AB (org. no. 556958-9646) operates grippygripz.com. Hovlandavägen 100, 663 42 Hammarö, Sweden. [email protected]
Agreement
A purchase agreement is only entered into once we have confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation from us via email.
Intellectual Property
All information on this website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by MOMNIG AB or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported (SEK, NOK, DKK, or EUR depending on your country), and include VAT, but exclude shipping and any payment fees. We have the right to charge payment already in connection with the order, unless invoice payment or a similar method has been chosen by you and approved by us.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders to PostNord, our delivery partner, within 1 business day of receiving them. Delivery times depend on PostNord’s service and your location, exact delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. We bear the risk for the shipment until you receive it. Please inspect your package immediately on arrival and report any damage to the carrier with proper documentation.
Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right, use the cancellation function on our Right of Withdrawal page, linked in the footer of every page on this site and included in your order confirmation email. Products must be unopened and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty and Complaints
Our products carry the legal guarantee of conformity, with a minimum of 2 years under EU law. If you are resident in an EU country other than Sweden, you also retain the mandatory consumer protections of your own country’s law, which may differ from or exceed what is described here. For the first 2 years after delivery, the burden is on us to prove that a defect was not present at the time of delivery; after 2 years, this burden shifts to the customer, under Swedish law.
Compensation Limits
Any compensation for incorrect or incorrectly delivered goods is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If such circumstances persist for more than two months, either party may cancel the agreement.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes should primarily be resolved through discussion with our customer service. Swedish customers may bring unresolved complaints before the General Complaints Board (ARN). Customers resident in other EU countries may contact their own country’s consumer dispute resolution body, listed at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies. Ultimately, disputes may be brought before a general court.
Data Protection
See our Data and Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your personal data.
